Belle Epoque Multibrand Store | Withdrawal (EU customers)

Beyond our returns policy, customers within the European Union hold the statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving an order, without giving a reason. To exercise it, simply notify us in writing at info@bellepoque.hr within 14 days of delivery, and return the order within 14 days of letting us know. Returned pieces remain subject to the condition we ask for above.

Upon a valid withdrawal, we refund the price of the order together with standard delivery. Where a faster delivery option was chosen, we refund the cost of the least expensive standard option available at the time of the order.
