Shipping, Returns, Exchanges
We appreciate your shopping at Bellepoque store and sincerely hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely content with your order, you have the option to return any item within 30 days of receiving it.
To initiate a return, kindly follow the return instructions provided by the same carrier that delivered your order. For information regarding shipping, prices and exchanges, please refer to the details below.
RETURNS WITH DELIVERY SERVICE
Step 1
- To start a return, simply email us at shop@bellepoque.hr with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will confirm your return and send you the next steps by email, usually within one business day (Monday–Friday).
Step 2
- Please insert the form with the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging
Step 3
- Please close the parcel securely and attach the returns label to the outside.
Step 4
- You have two options for handing over your parcel to DHL are drop-off or pick-up. With drop-offs you can leave a labeled DHL parcel at your nearest drop-off store: locator.dhl.com
When arranging your pickup, you will need to provide the Waybill number shown on your label. You can find it below the first barcode.
Step 5
- Once we have received the returned item(s), we will confirm your refund as soon as it has been processed.
To facilitate an exchange for your item(s), please contact our Customer Care team at shop@bellepoque.hr to secure the preferred size and adhere to the outlined procedure. Upon receiving and processing your return, we will promptly dispatch the exchanged item(s) to you.
Returns conditions
- Please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with tags still attached. Include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.
- Each order includes one prepaid label, so all items must be returned in the same parcel.
- Use the same delivery service for return shipments as used for the original delivery.
- Returns are only accepted from the country to which the order was originally shipped. For instance, returns for orders delivered to Germany must originate from Germany to avoid additional charges (import and shipping fees at your expense).
- Customized items are not eligible for return.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Upon a valid withdrawal, we refund the price of the goods and the cost of standard shipping. If you selected an expedited or premium shipping option, only the cost of the cheapest standard shipping option available at the time of your order will be refunded.
- When returning items from separate parcels, pack them carefully in their original packaging and use individual labels for each parcel.
Exchanges conditions
- We only facilitate exchanges for non-faulty items in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with all tags intact. Ensure all item boxes and dust bags are included with your return.
- Exchanges are limited to the same item in a different size; we cannot accommodate exchanges for different colors or different items.
- Please note, exchanges for the same item in a different size can only be processed once.
- All merchandise for exchange must be returned in one parcel; multiple returns from one order sent at different times may be refused.
- Exchange shipments must utilize the same service used for the original delivery
- Exchanges are only accepted from the country to which the order was originally shipped. For example, returns for orders delivered to Slovenia must be initiated from Slovenia to avoid additional charges (import and shipping fees at your expense).
- Customized items are ineligible for exchange
Repeal policy
If you would like to repeal your contract of purchase, you may choose one of the following:
1. THE ESSENCE OF PRISTINE CONDITION (The Tag Rule)
Our security tag is designed to be visible without preventing you from trying the piece on for size and fit, exactly as you would in one of our boutiques. If the tag is removed and there is evidence the item has been worn beyond trying it on, we reserve the right to deduct a value-compensation fee from your refund, which may be up to the full purchase price where the garment can no longer be resold as new.
2. AUTOMATIC CARE THROUGH RETURNS (30 Days)
Your Belle Époque experience is designed to be effortless. Should you decide that a piece is not the perfect fit, returning the items within 30 days of delivery will automatically initiate our return process. Returns with the security tag intact are processed automatically; returns without the tag are reviewed individually for value compensation as described above.
3. NOTIFIED RETURNS (14 Days)
Should you prefer to notify us of your return intent first, you have 14 days from delivery to reach out via email at shop@bellepoque.hr. Once
informed, you may return the item within the following 14 days. The same tag and value-compensation terms described above apply.
