Shipping, Returns, Exchanges

We appreciate your shopping at Bellepoque store and sincerely hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely content with your order, you have the option to return any item within 30 days of receiving it.

To initiate a return, kindly follow the return instructions provided by the same carrier that delivered your order. For information regarding shipping, prices and exchanges, please refer to the details below.

Our affiliate couriers, DHL and UPS, handle deliveries to the European Union on our behalf. All items shipped by Bellepoque Shop  are covered by insurance against theft and accidental damage. This insurance coverage expires once the shipment is received along with a written acknowledgment.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to post office boxes. In cases of partial shipments, shipping costs will be applied only once.

We process and dispatch orders during our regular service hours, which are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CET, Mon-Fri. Please be aware that we do not operate on Croatian public holidays. Your order will be prepared for shipping no later than one business day after payment is received. If this timeline differs for your specific order, we will notify you at the checkout.

FREE Shipping for orders over €300 within the European Union.
Shipping costs: 19 EUR

Upon dispatching your order, you will promptly receive an email containing the tracking number for your package. You can monitor the status of your shipment within one to two hours of receiving the email by following the provided link.

No additional taxes or customs duties are imposed on items shipped within the European Union. The prices of the items and the associated shipping costs already incorporate VAT, and as a result, they are presented as inclusive (gross) prices. Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Cyprus (South Cyprus only). 

  1. Using returns and exchanges form, please indicate which item you would like to return. State the reason. Write your desired exchange size. 
  2. Please include the return form along with the item(s) you wish to return inside the original packaging.
  3.  Please ensure that the parcel is securely sealed and affix the returns label to the outside.
  4. You have option for returning your parcel to DPD.  

  5. Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will promptly confirm your refund once it has been processed.

If you would like to exchange your item(s), please get in touch with our Customer Care team to reserve the new size you desire and then follow the steps outlined above. After we have received and processed your return, we will proceed to ship the exchanged item(s) to you.

You have 15 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return item(s).

Please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition, free from any signs of wear, washing, or alteration, and with the tags still attached. Additionally, please remember to include all item boxes and dust bags when returning your items.

Please note that only one prepaid label is provided per order, so all items must be returned together in the same parcel.

When sending return shipments, please use the same courier service (DPD) that was used for the original delivery.

Please be aware that we can only accept returns from the country to which the order was initially shipped. For instance, orders delivered to Slovenia must be returned from Slovenia. Otherwise, the return will not be free of charge, and you will be responsible for import and shipping fees.

Customized items are not eligible for returns.

Your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Alternatively, you can choose to receive store credit for the refunded amount, which can be used for future purchases on Bellepoque Shop.

Please note that insurance and handling fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

If you are returning items that arrived in separate parcels, please pack them carefully into their respective original packaging and use the individual labels provided for each parcel.

Exchanges are only possible for the same item in a different size. We are unable to exchange items for a different color or a different product altogether.

We can only facilitate exchanges for non-faulty items that remain in their original condition, have not been worn, altered, or washed, and retain all their attached tags. Please ensure that you include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.

Please note that we can only exchange the same item for a different size once.

All merchandise must be returned in a single parcel. We reserve the right to decline multiple returns from one order that are sent at different times.

Exchange shipments must be arranged using the same service as the original delivery, whether it was DHL or UPS.

Keep in mind that we can only accept exchanges from the country to which the original order was shipped. For instance, if the order was delivered to Slovenia, it must be returned from Slovenia. Otherwise, the exchange will not be free of charge, and you will be responsible for import and shipping fees.

Customized items cannot be returned.

If you wish to cancel your purchase contract, you have two available options:

1. **Cancellation by Returning the Items:**
Your cancellation will be automatically processed if you return the items within the 30-day period mentioned above.

2. **Cancellation in Written Form or via Phone:**
You also have the option to cancel your purchase contract within 14 days after delivery by providing written notice through email, fax, or letter, or by contacting us over the phone. Once you have informed us, please proceed to return the items within 14 days.
