All prices include VAT for customers within the European Union.
Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and local taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

Delivery
Orders within the European Union are delivered with DHL Express and typically arrive within 2–3 business days.
Complimentary delivery is available for orders over €300.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery, either:
in person at one of our Belle Époque boutiques in Croatia, or
by shipping the item back to our Online Store
Returns within the European Union are accepted free of charge, provided the items meet the conditions outlined below.
Return Conditions:
Returned items must be unused, with all original packaging and labels attached, and in a resellable condition.
In accordance with EU distance selling regulations, returns cannot be accepted for hygiene-sensitive products once their sealed packaging has been opened. This includes perfumes, cosmetics, earrings, jewelry, and final sale items.
Return Processing
Returns are typically processed within 5 business days of receipt.
During sale periods, processing times may be extended by 1–2 additional business days.
Legal Exceptions
Under EU law, the right of withdrawal (the right to return a product for any reason) does not apply to:
Products that are sealed for hygiene reasons, such as perfumes, cosmetics, and earrings, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
Custom-made or personalized items.
