Delivery Information

Returns Policy
You may return most items purchased from Belle Époque either in-store at one of our Belle Époque Stores in Croatia or by shipping them back to our Online Store. Returns are free within Europe, provided they meet the conditions listed below.
Return Conditions:
15-day Return Period: You may return eligible items within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Unused and Unopened: Items must be unused, with all original packaging and labels attached, and in a resellable condition.
Exclusions: Returns cannot be accepted for perfumes, cosmetics, earrings, jewelry, hygiene products, or final sale items, if the product’s sealed packaging has been opened. This is in line with the EU distance selling regulations that prohibit the return of certain hygiene-sensitive products once the seal has been broken. (europa.eu)
Processing Returns
We aim to process returns within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. However, during sale periods, processing may take 1-2 additional business days.
Exceptions
Under EU law, the right of withdrawal (the right to return a product for any reason) does not apply to:
Products that are sealed for hygiene reasons, such as perfumes, cosmetics, and earrings, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
Custom-made or personalized items.
