You may return most items purchased from Belle Époque either in-store at one of our Belle Époque Stores in Croatia or by shipping them back to our Online Store. Returns are free within Europe, provided they meet the conditions listed below.
Return Conditions:
15-day Return Period: You may return eligible items within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Unused and Unopened: Items must be unused, with all original packaging and labels attached, and in a resellable condition.
Exclusions: Returns cannot be accepted for perfumes, cosmetics, earrings, jewelry, hygiene products, or final sale items, if the product’s sealed packaging has been opened.
