These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Belle Époque and customers via the webshop. They apply to customers within the European Union and to customers outside the European Union, unless otherwise stated.

4. Contract Conclusion

A contract is concluded when the customer places an order via the webshop and receives an order confirmation by email. Belle Époque reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR.

European Union (EU)

Prices include VAT for customers within the European Union. For EU customers, no additional taxes or duties apply at delivery.

Non-EU (including United Kingdom, United States and United Arab Emirates)

Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes or local charges that may be applied by the destination country.
